If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom products

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
